Usability Test
Description
This artifact focuses on usability tests by testing Wix through collaboration settings.
Rationale
This artifact serves as evidence in team collaboration by testing the web-authoring tool, Wix. To accomplish this, my team and I conduct a series of tests and deep analysis on Wix. In addition, we performed the same test with Weebly and compared the data and results to one another. The study validated the research approach to content knowledge.

Description
This artifact shows team collaboration in developing a training plan that teaches employees how to provide better guest services.
Rationale
This artifact illuminates my ability to successfully collaborate with a team and simultaneously create a training plan that design to teach the employees how to relate to guest services. The group and I were able to develop modules that identify and teach the learners to apply listening techniques.
